Ok here goes. My wife and I bought a property with a lawsuit against it for an issue with a bush on an easement. We have since took care of it and talked with the neighbors. What we done was to their satisfaction to withdrawl the lawsuit. How do we go about getting this to go away now? Is it as simple as getting them to sign a mutual agreement with us and forwarding it to the city, or do I need a lawyer to sit with their lawyer and resolve it?
