Driveway Moved

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
My neighbor recently had a landscaping company construct a cement block retaining wall. We have a driveway along the common property line. Now my driveway has shifted about 4 inches into my flower bed, and the driveway is sliding downward (on the slope). I finally was able to speak with the landscaping company today, and they are denying responsibiliy. BTW, I have had cement company representatives give me estimates and confirmation that it is very obvious what had happened. Is litigation my only recourse?? I really don't want to go that route. Thanks in advance for any advise.

So your theory is what? They picked up your driveway and moved it? The heavy trucks were on your driveway, causing it to slide down the hill?

Sorry, forgot to mention that neighbor mentioned that "they packed under my driveway", thus it moved.
