Duplex Neighbor Question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

Hi, I live in a duplex (split house with two halves). I own my half and the other half is a rental. The other half was empty when I moved in and now renters are living there and the landlord allows smoking in the house. The smoke is causing my home to smell very strong of smoke. Would I have any legal standing to stop them from smoking indoors? I assume not but I had to ask.

Ask a lawyer ,but I have never read of a case where this was won. Hopefully the way the market is they sell their half and you can buy it!
