Easement enforcement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

I have a warehouse that can only be accessed by driving through the parking lot of another warehouse. There is a easement on file that gives me the right to drive through this lot, and specifies a specific part of the lot that is to remain clear so that trucks can pass through. Recently, the other warehouse was sold, and the new owner wanted to change the easement agreement. I did not agree to the new easement, so now he is having cars park in the current easement so that I cannot access my property. What can I do to enforce my easement?

**A: first call the cops and report it and have the cops talk to the guy. If that does not do the trick get an attorney to send a demand letter to the other party asking for the easement area be clear for ingress/egress. He/she should reference the recorded easement agreement.
