What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GEORGIA

Our street dead ends and turns into a dirt road (this dirt road is owned by our neighbor to our left) which is the easement to our driveway. So according to our closing papers, we have an easement from the end of our street to our driveway. We actually purchased our home from our neighbor on our left, who is also the easement owner.
Our neighbor on our left is in a big dispute with the people across the street from us. The neighbors across from us do not share this same easement, they have a separate driveway from the paved road. They are family but they HATE each other and have been in various legal disputes for years. We are literally stuck in the middle. However, we are friends with both neighbors.

Our neighbor on our left witnessed our daughter and the across the street neighbor riding a go kart down the dirt road and onto OUR property and flipped out. She came over with her camera and said that the family across the street is NOT allowed to cross HER easement, and that she was calling her attorney. The neighbors were coming over to OUR house, OUR land. The only way to get to our house is to cross her easement, unless they visit by air...which isn't doable....

My question is this: Can the easement owner govern who uses the easement to get to our house??? Can she legally ban people from coming onto our land via HER easement??? Is that even possible???

Carefully re read your recorded easement and learn what it says , IF it grants no rights to any one party to write rules , regulate or dictate any thing regarding any aspect of its use by the party who benefits from it then they cannot make rules to impose on anyone . IF you do not understand the wording of your easement feel free to consult with a real estate atty in your area OR post it here word for word and others might be able to help you understand it.
