I own an airport property which has a slope easement for the "placement of fill material for slopes and maintenance of stability." I own 25% of the airport in addition to my property. The 75% airport owner wants to add more fill to my property easement, even though there are no problems with the slope or runway. Since I cannot outvote the action can I legally stop his tresspass?
