Easement

I own an easement where a neighbor uses to get to his house...I have a horse barn near the easement and several dogs that run around on my property. .I have asked politely. .posted signs to please slow down ear the barn...they will not slow down...is there anything I can do?

You will have to research what rights were granted to your neighbor, and if there are any agreements on maintenance, etc. for the driveway across your property. You may have a right to place speed bumps on the road, but you should consult a lawyer to determine if you have that right.
