eminent domain of business property

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pennsylvania

can a person who is making a developement take a part of a business property under eminent domain for personal gain?

Location: I don't know. The guys with the keys won't say. I think it's top secret info.

only a government can take under eminent domain.

BUT the supreme court did say the gov can take property for a private part to utilize.

some states have restructured their laws to prevent this. I am not familiar with your states position regarding this. Penn laws seem to be near impossible to look up.
