What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
We have 10 family residents in a private lane and one resident has dug deep ditches in 1 family residents yard, had verbal fights in the middle of the road with multiple family members and now has "plowed snow" plowing anywhere from 1 to 3 feet into some of the yards tearing up the grass. What can be done?:confused:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What was written into any easement that is recorded to the properties that defines how wide the easement area is to be. If it was a defined width it must be written somewhere, If you dont know how to look it up your self at the county recorders offices records area then look for a title records searcher to go over every thing and find the details of the easement or go get copies of the actual easement and have a local atty go over it with you if you do not understand.
