After having my lot surveyed it was brought to my attention my neighbor's fence is part of my property. I asked him to move it and he said he didn't think it was, our HOA asks that before installing a fence your lot should be survyed. He didn't do it. He is putting his house on the market soon. I have been told I can cut the portion of his fence on my property down. What should I do cut it down or take him to court for this inconveince? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
