Fence on shared driveway

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?I have a shared driveway and the landlord of the house next door is putting a fence down a shared driveway. I am a homeowner. What are my rights. There is no way I can put a driveway on any of my property anywhere else.

Is there a recorded easement that granted you use of that land ?

Yes there was and I am in Tennessee

and the wording of the recorded easement says what as to how long it is for ? meaning was it written to have a end at a certain date or to expire under specific conditions such as with the sale of property
