gas line thru neighbors property

What is the name of your state?in Texas
My gas line runs through my neighbors property. He wants to build a storage unit on it. Can I be forced to pay for this gas line to be moved? Or is it his responsibility to take it up with the gas company?

What does your gas supplier have to say about it ? and is there a recorded easement for that line ?

How was this easement created? What does it say on your deed and your neighbor's deed about this easement?
