how can I report a neighbor for 7 unregistered vehicles in drive?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

Seems this is illegal. He has 4 trailers, 1 pop up trailer, 2 boats, of all these 1 boat is registered. There are old tarps on a couple things and the water sits and the bugs breed, the smell is horrific. He just keeps parking more and more. They have to park the cars in the yard b/c the drive is packed with this junk. It is all seen from street. how can I report this.

in person, via telephone, or mail would be adequate.

I know, you didn't want a smart ass answer but honestly, call up the local government offices and talk to whomever is in charge of such a situation. I can see the health department, possibly the zoning department, and possibly the general law enforcement offices being a possibility.

Update

hi, wanted to update you. I called the city, they sent a person out the very next day. He got a letter, and I got a letter named to "homeowner" and stated that he had 5 days to remove items, all were illegal, or he had to pay huge fines as well as get them towed.

He didn't know I called, so he told me all about it and how unfair it all was. he put small locks on all the items

He got an extension for 12 days, I moved out the day before the 12th day, all the items are moved to either his house on paved driveway, or now in the back yard of the house I lived in b/c it has a large wooden 6 ft. privacy fence. Now they can not be seen by the road, and he wonders why he can't rent it again.
