What is the name of your state?TX We have lived in same house for 28 years in a platted community. The nextdoor neighbors had an already existing fence, and their property has changed hands several times. We maintained and built up our yard from their fence, thinking that was the lot line. A new survey shows our yard is encroaching on their property approximately 2 feet. What are our options?

It is not clear to me if you mean that the fence is 2' into your property, or if you have been using the property up to their fence 2' onto their property. They will probably not mind if you mow the lawn up to the fence. Just pay attention to any required set backs for anything you build.
