(I live in KY but said incident occuring in CA)
Neighbor Smith is acquainted with married neighbors, Jones. Mrs. Jones leaves town for a business trip. Neighbor Smith is outside one day, and observes Mr. Jones through the window of Jones' house "entertaining" a lady other than Mrs. Jones, on his living room couch.
Neighbor Smith becomes perturbed. He goes to Mr. Jones and tells him that he saw what he did on the couch, and if he doesn't cease the hanky-panky ASAP, he will tell Mrs. Jones about it.
Question: could Mr. Jones successfully sue Mr. Smith for invasion of privacy?
