Land encroachment?

What is the name of your state? We were in the process of buying 7.72 acres of land in faulkner County, Conway arkansas when the survey showed that our neighbors had built their fence 4 years ago approximately 10 feet or better on our side half the length of the 7.72 acres that we were getting ready to sign on. The realtors have pulled the land and we have not heard anything for over 4 weeks or better. We would like to know what can we do to persuede the realtors to put it back up so we can purchase it? . We are willing to work with the neighbors but we can not get a response from the real estate company. The neighbors finally had their land surveyed and it fell way off putting the stick even accross the road from their home. We don't think it should involve us at all but just wanted an opinion.
