I MAY BE PURCHASING SOME LAND THAT IS COMPLETELY SURROUNDED BY SOMEONE ELSES LAND. THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT GRANT A WRITTEN RIGHT OF WAY. DO I HAVE ANY OPTIONS OR SHOULD I LOOK ELSEWHERE?
