my neighbor harrasses me

Neighbor from hell complaint about my pool, so i removed the 20'.40' pool, they also complaint about my dog peeing on their hee, i sold my Golden retriever. i wanted to redesign my fence they called police, so when i proved that, that is my own fence, i removed my fence.
Yesterday they were two bylaw officers at my door tell me i must remove the fence board.
I do not know, if there is anything i could do to stop them harrassing my family and me?

Just as an aside, since you appear to do whatever your neighbors demand of you, they have little incentive to change this behavior.
