My little sister just bought a house in West Virginia. They've already closed on the house and went through a relator and bank to buy their house. The relator failed to tell them that their neighbor was a registered sex offender with several offenses under his belt(no pun intended). Is it a law that the realator had or did not have to tell them this before they bought the house and is there anything that they can do to hold the relator accountable for this?
