What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? md.neighbor tore down chicken wire fence and put up a partial wooden privacy fence on the property line.does this mean the side of this fence facing my side belongs to me and i can attach anything to this fence from my side.also they removed the pole holding up my chain link fence and left a gap in my fence when they did this.
