Neighbor call cops on kids for playing in street

This lady has called the cops 3 times already in the past 4 wks. Now she has complained that one boy used his skateboard to deface her car. The other neighbors know she is crazy, and she never has a witness. Can we (six families with kids) do something proactive before she gets any crazier? She usually just complains to the cop that they mess with her flowers (on the easement and no one bothers them), or that they are not allowed to skateboard in the street. This is the 3rd yr she has done this, and this year is starting out very busy...help please, our families are trying to avoid spending $ for a lawyer.

You left out some very important information: WHAT did the police do or say to each of these calls? HOW do you KNOW it is that lady reporting your streetchildren?
