What is the name of your state? Ohio

We recently purchased a home due to the large lot size (1.3 acres). Due to the fact the homeowner was unsure as to the boundaries, we had the land surveyed. After the survey, it appeared that our one neighbor installed their own underground dog fence in our yard approximately 7 ft. They acknowledged they were surprised how far our yard went up "into their horseshoe ring" when we brought the issue up. They have made no indications that they intend on moving the fence. We also have 2 other neighbors mowing far into our yard (20 +feet) after we have mowed to the staked boundaries as well as using our wooded area as a dumping ground. This entails actually driving a tractor across our yard to dump the brush. What are our rights in this matter? :(

The trash dumper call the police and report illegal dumping, The others well I guess its time to beat pipes in at the survey markers and add some short metal stubs that are beat in all the way down to the ground to make it easier to find in the future then Send out letters One to the dog people telling them you expect them to remove the encroachment with in X number of days, and the other letters to tell the others to stay off your land . THe ideal would be of course for you to fence in that area so the fence is 2 inches on your side of the lot line. BUT for now If you can catch them dumping with a camera all the better when you call the police.
