HELP!! Neighbor has right of way through our property

 What is the name of your state?Vermont

We own property that has a private road that goes through it. Our neighbor's property is land locked by our property and a lake. Both of our deeds state that our neighbor has a right of way through our property "to travel by vehicle or otherwise" to his property. He has planted a hedge surrounding his entire property with the exception of where his driveway is supposed to go. We park our boat trailers on our property but make sure that we leave plenty of room for him to access his property through his marked driveway section. He is complaining and states that his right of way is accross the entire front of his property (approx 100 feet) and we cannot park our trailers anywhere in front of his property. As long as we provide plenty of room (we currently have about 30-40 feet clear of anything for him), do we have the right to park on our property?

thanks,
Boleskel
