What is the name of your state Kentucky

My neighbor hired a company to do work for him, but they drove across my lawn several times, without permission, and damaged my lawn with ruts. Do I have any recourse or do I just have to put up with the ruts?

have you approached the contractor about the damage? If not, do so.

They would be liable for the damage caused, or more correctly, the value of the damage.
