Neighbors Trees

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? [Indiana] Our neighbors trees are causing us property damage, especially during storms or windy days, is there anything we can do? I have talked with this neighbor, and said he cannot help it if it storms or is windy.

What is the damage from? If it's twigs and leaves that's just life with trees.

What you could do is offer to pay him to remove the tree. Be prepared to pay a lot.
