What is the name of your state? Mississippi
We own approximately 10 acres behind our home. Our son lives at the back of the property. When he moved in, we built a driveway to his home. We have neighbors whose property is next to ours. They continually use our driveway (we have posted no trespassing - private drive sign). They have teenagers and are constantly going in and out which results in damage to driveway. We have brought in gravel to repair damages at our own expense. Can we legally do anything to prohibit them from using our driveway?

Well.... legally they're tresspassing but you might find the best way to deal with this is an electrically operated gate...

10 acres Hmmm must be in a rural area , SO if that other parcel has its own access and they have been crossing the property line and using your driveway , unless there is a county ord against it BARBED wire fencing is cheap! Fence post ends can be spray painted white if they are plain to help mark the post and (optional ) a letter sent to the adjacent property via registered return reciept informing them that there is a fence up once its completed.

Yes, Farmer, we do live in a rural area. It looks like the way to handle this is to put up a fence, gate, etc. Thanks for your help.
