we have lived in our home for 22 years and have a wall on the edge of our property. We have a new neighbor now who moved in a year ago and thinks the wall is on her property. isn't there a law about a structure being up for seven years even if it encroaches on someone else's property line being a fixed structure and cannot be removed? thanks
