What is the name of your state? Colorado

can i post the following sign on my property? And is it legally binding?

Warning trespassing is concidered aggressive behavior, violators will be delt with at land owners discretion

You can post it, but it has no legal strength.

No trespassing signs usu have to warn that it's private property & any trespassers will be prosecuted per Penal Code (such and such - cite the relevant code section).

Read your state's trespass code and see what is required for you to request charges of trespassing. Sometimes, signs are required at a certain distance and number.

I know, no legal weight there either but it just may make them stop and think before proceeding... :rolleyes:
