Noisy neighbors

I live in GA. My next door neighbor at 5am during the weekdays takes his wife to work and when they come out the door I can hear them talking and slamming their car doors while I am trying to sleep, and it wakes me up lots of times. Also they have family or get-togethers in their backyard and even though my windows are closed I can hear almost every word they say because they talk so loud. I have a dog that barks at them when they are in their backyard especially when they have company, and their families kids antagonize my dogs causing them to bark more. What can I do?

**A: call the police. When you do, post back with what they tell you. You may not like their response.
