What is the name of your state? CA
Question: We share a "driveway" with a neighbor, which is really an upward short road to both our driveways. We both have non-exclusive easement to the rest of the neighborhood (5 other homes) and yet are responsible for the maintenance. Our other neighbors feel they have the right to park on oneside of the "driveway," instead of using their own, as it is non-exclusive. This would pose as a fire hazard, if there was one, a fire truck would not be able to reach our home. How do I stop them from parking in the "driveway"?
