Not doing the right thing

How do I get new neighbors to stop parking infront of my morgage owned home? All parking is on public street. Their rental is a single family home 4bd, 1bath/5 unrelated college students with vehicles and constant wave of visitors that stay for days at a time. On any given day there are between 6-8 cars trying to park as close to house as possible. I want 1 spot infront of home.
