We have an easement on our neighbors property for ingress, egress and vehicular car parking. The easement covers a small portion of our parking and driveway. The majority of the easement is paved and the easement runs approximately 6 inches beyond the paved portion. The paved portion is in need of repair and repaving. Any problems forseen if we repair and repave? We have always maintained the non paved portions to their fence line which varies in width up to 6 feet along a 100 foot length including annual weed abatement and fire hazard code.
