What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana
My husband and I were given a home on 13.5 acres. The only drawback was a usufruct, which was fine by us because he was my husbands adopted father. Well, recently on three seperate occasions we have caught him peeping in my daughters' window while they are getting ready for bed. I don't know what my rights are in this area seeing how he has the usufruct of the property. Someone please help. We have not confronted him on this as of yet, because we want to get proof first. Can someone tell me what my rights are and if I can get the usufruct removed because of this criminal act.
