To whom it may concern,

I would like to obtain advice and procedures on how to get a disruptive neighbor
out of our neighborhood. We are a small street in Southern Ca. but we are big on
family values and safety! We are law abiding citizens that work hard and pay our
share of taxes. We were invaded by this family of con-artist's. The Father
claims he is disabled but runs an illegal landscaping business. The son and
daughter run around with and ultimitly bring back to our neighborhood the worst
element that our town has to offer.

We have been living with this for about three years now! I have tried everything
that I can think of to get rid of them but have been un-successful. I say me
because I am the only one willing to put myself out there and stand up to them.
However, I do believe that my neighbors are willing to sign a petition if that
is what it takes, but I am not sure how to go about doing something like that.

Please advise me on what it takes to make a neighborhood safe.

Sounds like you're way overstepping your bounds. You have no right to dicate to anyone where they can or cannot live in this country. If your neighbors are breaking the law, then call the police, or call the licensing / inspections department of your city.
