if the property line is the side of my house can i enter my neighbors property
to do renovations. also can he stop me from installing window air condiners
in my windows .

**A: if you are on a zero lot line type property, read your recorded documents as there should be an easement in your favor to access that side of your house. Property laws allow access for repair and maintenance which would include installing the ac units.

Are your proposed window air conditioners going to encroach over the property line? That could be a problem.
