What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MO
We are in a dispute with our neighbor over the property line (subdivision). He claims we moved the survey marker, which we did not. He pulled the marker (which I don't think was the actual survey marker, but was very close to the same spot) out of the ground and threw it in our yard.
Since he believes we are mowing his grass, he mows a 4-5 foot strip down the side of our yard (about 10 feet from our house) every time he mows. (Normally when we aren't at home.) He told me that he was doing it to _ _ _ _ my husband off, so he would quit mowing on his land. This doesn't sound like a big problem, except he has his mower blade on the lowest setting and we mow ours close to the top setting.
Anyway, we hired a surveyor to mark the line, which was done yesterday. The neighbor had a relative (who claims to be a paralegal) out in the yard today looking at the line. If he continues to protest that the line isn't correct, what should we do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
