Thank you for the advice Magoo-I have contacted an attorney who researched the deeded right of way and my neighbor is in the wrong by narrowing the 20 ft wide path. I had the attorney send a letter to my neighbor informing him that he is not allowed to do what he is doing. My attorney said I could send one myself but I told him I doubt that the guy would respond to any letter I sent on my own. We are giving him until the end of the month to move all the crap and if he doesn't we will remove it ourselves. I will keep you posted.
