What is the name of your state?IL We own 59 acres that only has access via a right of way of the home in front of it. At one time it was all one parcel and the row has always been used as such. The current owner of the house has been parking a motor home on the access road, blocking our use. We have repeatedly called and driven by to ask they move it out of our way, but they will not answer our calls or come to the door when we are there. We have cattle on the property, and need access to tend to them. There has never been anything in writing concerning this row, however, we live in a rural area, and have never had a problem with this issue. Can they block us out?
