rigth of way


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? (PHILIPPINES)

I bougth a piece of agricultural land 1.75 hectares a part of 10 hectares of original land owner, rigth of way connecting to the public road (high way) was stipulated in the deed of sale as agreed upon the price. the problem is , another person (buyer) bougth a piece of agri. land from thesame original land owner next my area that I bougth and he is claiming my rigth of way that the original owner was given to me despite of my land legal documents (deed of sale and land title issued by the Registry of deeds). can you tell me what the best thing and legal move to do?

Consult a lawyer who has an understanding of Philippine real estate law.
