My street ends at my driveway. There is an additional 80 feet of grass road easement in my front yard that extends to the background of two different neighbor.
We resently had a man move into to one of the house where the backyard touches the easement. He put a driveway in his backyard and is driving on the grass road easement on a daily basis.
I understand it's road easement so it doesn't belong to me. I also understand that the shoulder of a road is road easement and it's illegal to drive on the shoulder of the road. Is it illegal to drive on road easement?
