What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? California One edge of my property has 15 feet of what is called "Road Reserve". My neighbor has used a portion of it to extend his driveway.

First, what is a "Road Reserve"? Is it a true legal description? Does it carry some special significance?

Second, do I now need to do something to protect my interest in this part of my property?
