When we purchased our home 3 years ago we were told that the neighbor had an easement to use our driveway to get to their backyard. They have been a nightmare of rudeness and blocking our use of our driveway. Recently we found out that they don't have an easement and we want to stop their useage of our driveway. What sort of process should we follow? It is to our interest in the value of our home (and future selling) to stop this useage now. What can be done?
