We purchased a house in 1996. The garage/shop on our property straddles the neighbors property line about 5 feet or so. It was built there decades before we purchased the property. Our neighbor now is saying we need to move the shop! We had asked her in the past if we could do an adjustment and she said no. Will we have to move the shop? It is an absolute impossibility, financially, to do so.
