What is the name of your state? Michigan> Can a business push snow unto your property, and create your basement to flood? How far can they push snow to your property line?

Call your city hall to learn about its ordinances regarding snow. If there is a ordinance that says one cannot put snow from there property onto another persons property then you have a complaint.

NO and 0'.
Save all property you can to prevent further damage.
Take lots of pictures. (snow and water)
Tell them verbally and letter (RRR) tell them cease and desist.
Send them bill for losses and expenses.
