We have been maintaining a small plot of land behind our property since we moved in 6 yrs ago. other owners have cared for it contiuously for at least 25 yrs. the city thinks they might own the land but cannot find paperwork. they have been mowing up to this property but have nevery maintained the property in question. The law director is now involved. Is it possible we have rights to the land?
