I was given permission to build a storage building on the adjoining property by the land owner who died approximately 8 years later. The owner was the grandfather of my-son-in-law. His estate was left entirely to his daughter (my son-in-law's aunt). Another 2 years later, my daughter and son-in-law are having marital problems and are seperating. His aunt, now the property owner is threatening to force us to tear the storage building down as a personal vendetta because of the separation. I have invested a lot of time and money in the storage building and improvements on the entire property. What are my legal rights?
