I live and Kansas and was wondering if tree limbs from a tree on my property fall onto my neighbor's yard as a result of ice or wind who is responsible for picking up the tree limbs?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

If a limb of an apple/ peach/ pear/walnut tree hangs over their property and the fruit falls on their land it is their property, no? yes!

So, in most cases, are the fallen limbs that the act of God has caused to fall.
