What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Phoenix AZ

I have some tree limbs hanging over my wall. Can I just trim them without any problem with the neighbors? They are dropping a mess into my pool and patio and it is a real hassle.

you may trim the overhanging limbs to the limit of the property line. Also, make sure that the severity of your trimming will not harm or kill the tree.
