What is the name of your state? New Jersey We have two very old, very big trees overhanging onto our neighbors property. Our neighbor wants to trim the branches on their side. We have been told they have the right to do this.

We are concerend that when that is done the tree may be unstable or it might even kill the tree and it will need to come down. If it needs to come down due to their trimming, who pays for that?
