What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York.
Neighbors tree on three sides, three different neighbors. All trees hang over property as well as root in ground. Leaves, pine cones and pine needles fall on my property all year. Roots keep me from having a growing lawn. What can I do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
